The consequences could be dangerous or fatal. Conversely, a hard look at the medication and their side effects should also be undertaken. Neither the blog nor this post is specifically aimed at diabetics. Some posts cover a lot of ground for diabetics and those need to read and understood clearly.

This post on Autophagy is about the process of autophagy, how it works and the benefits thereof. If any medical condition (even other than diabetes) affects you, it is better to consult. I had asked my dOctober if I could fast she flatly told me No. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17045647921525432131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6054782992431671974.post-23814589146220046522014-10-28T19:49:21.116+05:302014-10-28T19:49:21.116+05:30I have a very bad habit of eating at 12.00 in the ...I have a very bad habit of eating at 12.00 in the night and I am suffering becsuse of it I have decided not to eat after 8.00 pm till 8.00 am I think it would be the best thing to do Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17045647921525432131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6054782992431671974.post-3432616891307984902014-10-28T17:54:20.217+05:302014-10-28T17:54:20.217+05:30Great advice, thanks. So it makes great sense to allow it to rest some days. Being a diabetic you should avoid the apple. The salad is fine. I'd recommend adding some fresh cream / butter for taste & for fats. Then you'd be good to go "hungry to bed". Healthy Regards.Shyam Balihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06200858019488926054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6054782992431671974.post-79942143431993703362014-10-28T00:21:47.601+05:302014-10-28T00:21:47.601+05:30Great post Shyam-ji. Her answer, "Go to bed hungry". Basically she eats just an apple for dinner, or maybe just a small salad, and that too well before bed-time. I have been trying that for the last 2 months and I have lost 8 kg in 2 months. Who knew there is so much pleasure in bringing out of the closet old clothes that one thought one would never fit into again? :) Thanks again for the great post. SanjeebAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
